Year 9 pupils Grace Hind and Leah Kumzinda are living our BEST values today, gaining vital workplace experience and serving the school community as part of our Pupil Receptionist programme.
A huge well done to our Pupil Receptionists, Grace Hind and Leah Kumzinda (9Dunphy)!
As part of our Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme, Year 9s are stepping up to show exactly what it means to be the BEST versions of themselves. By taking on this role, Grace and Leah have perfectly demonstrated our school values:
- RESPONSIBILITY: Taking ownership of the Pupil Reception desk, representing the school with pride, and wearing the uniform with excellence.
- RESPECT: Providing a polite and professional welcome to all visitors and staff.
- RESILIENCE: Stepping out of the classroom to learn new workplace skills and maturely embracing the busy school environment.
- RELATIONSHIPS: Building positive connections within our school family and supporting our community.
Our Year 9s are gaining invaluable "Cultural Capital" and social skills that will help them thrive in society, and we are so proud of how they are growing into responsible, respectful, and resilient citizens!
