On Monday 2nd October, the U13 Girls Football Team played their first match of the season with a staggering 12 players representing the school for the first time!

Unfortunately, the game did end in a 2-0 defeat against a strong Bedale High School side but the Risedale girls showed incredible determination and resilience throughout and were unlucky not to score a few goals of their own. A great effort girls!

A big thank you must also go to Y10 pupil Lucas Kirk who refereed the game.
