On Monday 6th November, Risedale School pupils were given the amazing opportunity to join the textile students of Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College, Darlington, for a masterclass with Print Designer/ Consultant/ Lecturer Davinder Madaher.

They learnt from Davinder what it was like working in the fashion industry and his career as a print designer before spending the day experimenting with drawing and watercolour painting.

Teacher of Design & Technology at Risedale, Mrs Vizor, said,

"The Risedale pupils were exceptional, and I was immensely proud of their representation of our school. It was an extraordinary day that was thoroughly enjoyed by all."
