As we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, we honour the legacy of our departing Year 11 Ambassadors and invite pupils from all year groups to join our award-winning wellbeing team. ๐
As we mark Mental Health Awareness Week, we are taking a moment to celebrate the incredible contribution of our Pupil Mental Health Ambassadors, particularly our Year 11s who are currently sitting their GCSE exams.
At Risedale, we believe that mental health support is a shared responsibility, and these pupils have been the heartbeat of that mission.
National Recognition for Risedale
Our school’s Carnegie School Mental Health Silver Award is a testament to the culture our Ambassadors have helped build. Alongside our staff Wellbeing Champions, School Counsellor, Lisa Smith, our Year 11 Ambassadors have ensured that "Pupil Voice" is at the centre of everything we do.
A Message to our Year 11 Ambassadors
To our departing Ambassadors: Thank you for your kindness, your dedication, and for always championing the motto “Who Cares? .... WE DO!” We wish you the very best of luck with your exams and your future adventures. You will always be part of the Risedale Family.
