We are incredibly proud to share a heart-warming update from former Risedale pupil, Paige Doak, who has recently returned from a life-changing volunteering expedition to Cambodia.

Paige reached out to Mrs Greenwood to share the success of her journey and to thank the Risedale Family for their support during her recent fundraising efforts. During her time in Southeast Asia, Paige’s impact was truly remarkable:

• 📍 Global Reach: Taught at 5 different schools across Cambodia.
• 👩‍🏫 Educational Impact: Delivered 12 hours of intensive learning workshops.
• 🌟 Community Connection: Reached approximately 430 local pupils, ranging from ages 4 to 18!

Paige spent her time teaching vital life skills, focusing on simple first aid and food nutrition. She described the experience as "extremely eye-opening," noting how lovely and excited the local pupils were to engage with the workshops.
