Another good set of results for Risedale School. Congratulations to the Class of 2021!

GCSE Results Day 2021

Risedale School is delighted to report some outstanding achievements by its pupils in their GCSE qualifications.

Headteacher Colin D Scott commented,

"I am extremely proud of our pupils and their achievements this academic year. They demonstrated outstanding academic resilience and dedication to their studies during challenging circumstances and they can all be delighted with their successes, which contributed towards another good set of results at Risedale School with results continuing to rise in all subjects including English and mathematics.

There were also a significant number of notable individual successes, with a number of pupils achieving the highest grades possible across a range of subjects.

More importantly, our pupils and staff displayed warmth, empathy and emotional support for each other throughout this difficult period. Risedale School is a true family and one where every person's wellbeing is paramount.

I would also like to thank all the staff at Risedale whose tremendous effort and hard work kept everybody safe and ensured all pupils were able to continue making excellent progress. The dedication and relentless effort they demonstrated to support pupils through the Teacher Assessed Grades process was exceptional. We are lucky to have such an incredible staff body at Risedale School."

We all wish our pupils the best of luck in their future.
